Ours only came with a knob for rear temperature control, but on this video, the GLC reviewed had an actual LCD temperature display.

Anyone has this installed on theirs? Just curious if this is only for European spec.

cue to 35min on the video and you can see it

Some makers call the paid option "4-zone" climate control. Mercedes calls it THERMOTRONIC.
The standard climate control is is THERMATIC.

I hate these review cars as they are specced to the brim and makes the buyer assume everything is standard.

Neither "Thermotronic" or "Climate Control" are listed in the mbusa.com build site, nor are they listed in the US version of the GLC Brochure.

Are these available in the US? If so, what other interesting items are available to us, if any, but are not listed?

It is available in the USA. Not on build site. Talk to your SA. The code is in my previous post with the price. It is a special order.

The code#/pricing info for 3rd zone climate control is accurate - of note this particular option was not available on 1st production for the US - frankly I have not "seen" it yet... but them again, like the GLK, in compact GLC not really a feature that would be ordered by dealers for their inventory units... but for special build orders..
