MB GLC 300
Tempermental MB Apps
Accessing the MB Apps (weather, fuel prices, iHeart radio, Yelp, etc.) from the globe icon seems to be a hit-or-miss thing. Sometimes I can connect and sometimes I can't. Doesn't seem to make a difference if car is stationary or moving. Has anyone had success being able to connect on a regular basis? Are there any settings that I need to change?

2016 GLC and 2017 BMW 530xi M-Sport
Same issues with our GLC. Nothing like our BMW, where it just comes up when you select an app.

Geez....what am I doing wrong? Did you adjust any settings to make it connect reliably? Any suggestions for the rest of us?

GLC 250
I have found the apps consistently reliable, just very slow to load up for the first time (i.e. the first time you click the globe icon after turning on the car, it can take a while to establish a data connection). But once connected, they have worked fine.

Ours seems to work well whilst driving or stationary. We are in Los Angeles so maybe we have a stronger signal.

I believe it's only 3g and will depend on your local coverage. Guessing major metro areas will be the best. But this is not from personal experience as my GLC won't be in for 3 weeks.

I called mbrace about the problem I was having trying to access the MB apps. They remotely sent some soft of software update to my car. Now I'm having much more success with the MB apps. If anyone is having the same problem, I suggest giving mbrace a call.
