I did not realize there is no backup sensor without the parktronic option? so with pre-safe plus, would the car stop itself before you backup into a wall???

There is a different kind of sensor in the rear bumper without the park assist. It is not visible. Not sure how it works but it is in conjunction with the blind side and the presafe. Not sure if it's going to keep you from backing into anything.

just trust that red line and don't crash into stuff.
