Advice on custom ordering 2017 model

I'm going in to finalize a 2017 special order tonight. I want to negotiate the price at the same time (percentage off MSRP).

What fees are "normal", other than the $925 transportation fee? I want to nail the dealership down and make sure nothing is added on when I go in to pick up the car. No surprises later!

Also, has anyone had success trying to negotiate a discounted price on the prepaid maintenance? We're paying cash for the car, so I'm not sure it makes sense to include the maintenance. (That seems like perhaps a better option for someone financing or leasing, so it can be included in the financed price.)

Wow, Florida's average doc fees are higher than any other state, and significantly higher than most states.
