Nice to see some fresh new pictures of the GLC 43 AMG.
I'm in shock about the cost compared to the UK. The prices on the web site are excluding sales tax right? Which seem to make it nearly 20% more expensive in the US compared to the UK and that is whilst Pound Sterling is very low.
I specced up what I've got on order, build commences tomorrow , and it is $67,375. Excluding sales tax but registered on the road mine in the UK is only $49,200. I must have done something wrong as we don't often get a bargain in the UK.
All options seem to be the same other than that we don't have Sirius but use DAB instead.

Yeah, brits usually pay more than yanks do. If you do the conversion the other way, it makes more sense: Base price of the GLC43 in the UK is £48,995. According to Google, that converts to $60178.60 USD. (Enter "£48,995 to usd" and Google will do the conversion for you.)
To further rub salt in the wound: We get 20" wheels as standard while you brits get 19" wheels. (I wish we got those 19" wheels as an option, but alas...) Also, we seem to have far more interior trim options than you do.
Your "Premium Plus Package" seems to be priced better than what we would pay for the same features. It's tough to calculate since the features aren't bundled the same (and I don't feel like doing the work) but it seems like a screaming deal to me. That helps minimize the difference but it appears that those in the UK still pay more than people in the states do.
As for your question: You are correct. Prices on MBUSA.com do not include sales tax.

Exactly, so before you do a conversion you have to take away 20% sales tax from the UK price with is included in that UK list price. I'm still stunned at the price difference.
I compared mine spec for spec so 21" with premium 3 basically.
But regardless still a great car, and a bargain for what it is.
