Winter-wheels
Yo Benzers!
I got a GLC 350e on order, and I ordered it without winter-tires/wheels, as I'll get a better deal through work-connections. I have a close connection to my MB dealer, and he said that all AMG wheels with "clear coat" isn't great in winter conditions. They don't last as long because of the salt etc.
In that case I'm not looking for a set of AMG wheels, but just some nice looking 19" wheels of any make.
Does anyone got some sweet-looking winter wheels to recommend? Will go on Continental Contact viking 6 tires

I have the AMG 19" wheels on Pirelli Scorpion tyres. No issues with salt. As long as you take care of the wheels, give em a wash every now and then, you'll be fine.

I've got these boys on with Pirelli Scorpion winters.

I personally like a grey or black set for winter rims but a very personal thing.

TSW and their Mandrus division have quite a few painted options. (Mandrus are direct MB fitments and accept the OE center caps.) I went with a diamond cut clear coat model for a stock look, but I knew going in I could have problems. Powder coating is always an option if we keep the car long enough.
