i have not, but i hate those plastic strips. apparently its a design thing thats common now. i hate hate hate HATE it.

Not a fan of the plastic either. Seems if you spend that kind of money you should be able to at least have an option of having them color keyed.

another reason I love my black GLC43

yes the black plastic wheel flares look cheap; but less noticeable if you get black. Looks like a cheap retrofit to widen the stance. Should have changed the body shell.

Mine is also Obsidian BlackW/Night Pkg.; I'd love to see some pics; did you only paint the flares or all of the black trim and might I ask the cost
