Split Screen with Multimedia?
Is there a way to split the screen so one can see the Nav map and what is playing on the radio in the other screen? I have the multimedia option with the larger screen.
I have this on my BMW and have gotten used to it.
Appreciate any advice. I have not found it in the online manual or videos.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE!

COMAND does not do spit screen. The closest you can come to this is to use the COMAND screen for one function and use the instrument cluster screen (the display between tach and speedo) for the second function.

Command in the GLC doesn't do that, in the new E class it can do that but the screen is much bigger. I just do as George in KG stated, I put the SatNav in my instrument cluster and left the radio on the big screen for my daughter to fiddle with

I am not sure if this is quite what you are asking...BUT you can have the Comand screen displaying Nav, and then to see what music is playing you press the middle button at the bottom of the touchpad. Then you can also scroll forward or back when the music is being displayed (it will superimpose on the Nav screen, at the bottom of the screen).

Thanks for the tip, I hadn't gotten that far into the manual. Hitting the Arrow on the rear of the Touchpad provides me with what I need. Appreciate the help.
Hey Mercedes - the screen is large enough to show Nav and another info screen. I have had this on my 2015 BMW now for almost three years.
