GLC Towbar short of supply
Hi chaps.
I've ordered my GLC at begining of March and I thought I'd add a towbar from factory as the build is beginning of June.
The dealership told me that this could delay the production as they are in short supply of this item at factory currently, so their advice would be to go with the aftermarket option so as to not slow the process at all?
is that a real issue for Mercedes or my dealer has just been lazy?

The factory fitted towbar is rather nifty actually. I've got one on my GLC. If you are going for an aftermarket one then ensure you go for a detachable hitch - much neater than a permanent one.
As Phil has said it's unlikely your dealer is being lazy.
