2017 GLC 300
GLC Brake issue
We are looking at 2017 GLC300 but read various posts regarding ongoing squeaking brake issues with this model. Is that for 2016 model only or in the 2017 also?

Replacement brake pads are needed to solve the screeching problem due to the brake compound used which causes the noise.
Here are the LI reference #'s and part #'s for the fix
FRONT: LI42.10-P-065628. Parts: 000-420-81-00-64 (TS Disk Brak) and 001-989-87-51 (Brake Paste)
REAR: LI42.10-P-065058. Parts: 000-420-83-00-28 (TS Disk Brak) and 001-989-87-51 (Brake Paste)

Several weeks ago the squealing brakes on my 16 GLC were quieted with installation of the revised brake pads. Problem solved...finally.
