Range on a full tank
I wonder what GLC owners are getting in terms of fuel consumption and while I appreciate this will depend on a host of factors not least the type of engine and fuel used but also the nature of the terrain, driving style, differing measures for fuel etc. I thought a useful way of asking about this is to look at the range of your GLC on a full tank of fuel.
I've just been on three days of fairly long drives here in the UK. In total I covered 625 miles (1,006 km) and according to the trip function still had enough fuel for a further 98 miles (158 km).
So that's a range of 723 miles (1164 km). I've only had the car since the beginning of April so that's the first decent test I've had of its consumption which seems pretty frugal even though for much of the time I wasn't sparing the horses.
The car is a 2.1 litre diesel.
Any advance on 723 miles?
