Undercarriage/Heat shield Orientation
Does anyone have a diagram, or even a picture, of the rear end undercarriage of the 2016 GLC300? I recently had an incident back there and I could swear the heat shield orientation was flat side facing the rear of the car... but now I'm questioning myself.

Awesome.
I ordered the Curt hitch and install via UHaul... fast forward to later in the day, and they called me to ask "where do you want this bumper?"
So, that didn't go well, at all. They managed to screw up more than I would've even thought possible. One insurance claim later, my car is now at the dealer having them fix uhaul's ineptness.
Pro tip... don't have UHaul do your hitch install.
