Audio, Voice command not workging on GLC43
Hi guys
I have just picked up my GLC43 3 days ago, the audio & voice command have suddenly stopped working today. No audio in radio , blue tooth or Navigation. The voice command button on the steering wheel also didn't work. Have anyone experienced similar issue with their vehicle or know how to reset the video command or related component?
Please help. thanks

Hi, similar happened with my GLC, I stopped turned off, got out, locked car and came back in 10 min and all ok again. It happened about 2 weeks later, did same and never happened again. Also try turning off you phone and restarting it once you have locked GLC and before you get back in. May help resetting any issues. Good luck from Land Down Under - Oz.

Thanks - I have tried to turn off the ignition, got out the car, locked it and restarted after a hour and still didn't fix it- I have also reset the device by erasing all the bluebooth data and that didn't do anything either.
Wondering if there is an engineering mode that we can access from the screen to do system diagnosis or reboot the entire system.

Is your system muted. the silver volume control in center console also acts as a mute button. It sits above the on/off button for the command. Give it a push.

Have you tried powering down the system with the command on/off switch? Your last option is to go into Command and go into system and reset to factory settings.
