Wi-Fi Hotspot
So i can connect my phone to the car hotspot, what would be the point? would it be to use the car's data plan instead of my phones?
i have the free 5 year mbrace - is that what is giving me the data plan?
can i connect the car to my phone's wifi and make the apps load faster?some of them seem like they would be useful but they are sooo slow...

Ditto here. This thing's pretty useless. Being able to listen to iHeart and TuneIn streaming radio would be a nice feature, if it worked. I can't log into iHeart at all (yes, I've got the right ID and password, etc., and have been around the block with Mbrace support several times on it) and TuneIn, when it works at all, is always pausing to buffer up.

Look - if you're looking for in-car Hotspot - several of my customers have reported good result with ATT/Mobley which plugs into OBD port - a couple of purchased a flat/OBD extension cable to tuck the Molbley up under the dash - and ATT offers a 22gb per month Car Connect Plan for $20 mo + tax/fee's.

I called MBrace to activate my free trial two days ago, and the CSR told me it needed 24-48 hours to work. However, after more than 48 hours, I still cannot find wifi option in my car.
Anyone knows what to do?
