Aftermarket speakers and amp, how to tie into factory system?

Aftermarket speakers and amp, how to tie into factory system?
I am considering upgrading the speakers and possibly adding in an amplifier and subwoofers to the audio20 system in my glc. I have been a huge fan of the focal since the 1980’s so that choice is made, but I am unsure of how to tie into the factory radio for input to an aftermarket amplifier. Does anyone have info on this? is this easy or do I need some special voodoo to make it happen?
