Hi,
My new C253 found to have moisture collects inside the front headlights during rains wonder if this expected since my earlier models has not such problem.

Yes - expected - especially in "higher" humid conditions - the headlight gets intensely "hot" during operation - and the headlight housing is not "air tight" by design - or it would explode - this is also characteristic of "most" if not all high efficiency headlight systems..
