Driving in Eco mode
So far I haven't seen the yacht yet. When I take my foot off accelerator, D+gear just turns to a green D.
Only 600 miles on car so far (350 of which is from a driving trip yesterday and today) so driving in E to break in. But I see no problems at all with E. Car still accelerates adequately to merge and the fuel economy has been great.

agreed E is not bad, but was definitely happy when the 1000 miles were up and then i was able to drive in C which is better, just enough extra oomph.
crazy that it doesnt remember the last setting

- The combustion engine is disconnected from the drive train.
- The engine speed corresponds to the idling speed.
- The multifunction display hides the gear indicator and displays transmission position D in green (> page 148)
- Mercedes-AMG vehicles: the multifunction display shows status icon : for the drive program's status icon.
- The speed is within a suitable range.
- The course of the road is suitable, e.g. there are no steep up or downhill gradients.
- You are no longer depressing the accelerator pedal.
