apple Carplay

when will apple carplay be available for retrofit into mb cars that do not have it?

Won't happen from MB - and the aftermarket "solutions" don't work well... I don't mean to be harsh.. CarPlay for GLC and C-Class becomes avail as a options as of model year 2018....

I don't find it particularly useful - I prefer the MB command and never use my Carplay

I didn't think it was possible to have Carplay in a GLC w/ COMAND?
