i purchased an SD card through amazon 2 months ago for my 2018 GLC. It work fine until yesterday whe I got this message: Memory Card Validation. Please eject the Garmin Map Pilot SD Card and verify that the write protection switch is in the UNLOCKED position”.
I did as instructed, it was in the unlocked position but it won’t function and the same message keeps appearing. Any ideas?

I had the same message. Finally took it to my dealer who found the card corrupted and replaced it under warranty. It has been working fine ever since.

Did you purchase your sad card from Mercedes or from another seller? I’m not sure mercedes dealer will assist me since I purchased the card from an amazon seller.

I got mine off e-bay. But I have a great dealer. It is worth a try to have your dealer look at it. The worst that could happen is that they would not replace it and you could simply go buy another one. I don't know why they would not treat it as under warranty, as the card should be a bonified Mercedes part. Mine was.
