i purchased an SD card through amazon 2 months ago for my 2018 GLC. It work fine until yesterday whe I got this message: Memory Card Validation. Please eject the Garmin Map Pilot SD Card and verify that the write protection switch is in the UNLOCKED position”.
I did as instructed, it was in the unlocked position but it won’t function and the same message keeps appearing. Any ideas?

I got mine off e-bay. But I have a great dealer. It is worth a try to have your dealer look at it. The worst that could happen is that they would not replace it and you could simply go buy another one. I don't know why they would not treat it as under warranty, as the card should be a bonified Mercedes part. Mine was.
