i just bought my first mercedes after switching over from jeep. Mileage on the car is no 180 miles and i just noticed the cars temp runs a little higher than in most cars which run at 50% on the gauge but my car is running at 3/4 of the gauge......is this normal for mercedes GLCs? no warnings pop up and it doesnt go past 3/4.

Mine runs at the same mark normally. I don't think being 75 percent of the way up is anything to be alarmed, it really depends on what scale they use for the gauge

They're is a screen on the display that shows temperature - not sure if it's oil or coolant but I assume they would be about the same. That will give you an idea of the actual temperature. I think it's in the engine data section of the center screen
