What is the current version for the Navigation Maps for USA?

What is the current version for the Navigation Maps for USA?
I have 2018 GLC300 with multimedia package. Maps is on version 10. I read somewhere that version 11 is out, but don't remember where.
I went by dealer today. Service guy didn't have a clue and told me to talk to parts guy. Parts guy had no clue and even said his computer doesn't even show a North American version for the maps. He later called me and told me that per mb.navigation.com, that if there were an update, Mercedes would proactively notify me.
How do upgrades work? What is the current version?
I'm still in shock that an expensive car with so much automation doesn't have a wifi link to auto download any updates and install them when the car isn't being driven, but that is another topic......

I think the map updates are available later in the year; I was updated to Version 10 2017/2018 on Sept 13, 2017. This was the first time that I saw two years listed on a map version.
I can say that MB has NEVER proactively notified me that an updated map version was available; I've had to research when a new version is available myself and ask for it each year.
When I test drove a 2018 BMW X3 back in November, I was surprised to learn that BMW handles their map and software updates over the air - you don't have to go to the dealer to do it. Something I think MB can learn from. Das Beste oder nichts.

During my Service A in December, Service updated Version 11 - Service Advisor said they just received the update that morning. Carousel Motors, Iowa City, Iowa - Class A Dealership both Sales and Service !
