Distronic Pilot on newer GLC

Hey everyone;
I have an early model 12/2015 GLC250D, comes with distronic plus as standard.
My question , would the new GLC200 have an option of Distronic plus as well? and how does it compare to the 2015 GLC model.
I was jealous of a recent youtube video from 1001cars regards new A class semi autonomy, my GLC can not take these curves. Just wondering does Mercedes have different calibration for each model or would i expect new improvement of the distronic on all recent models(S class=E class =GLC and so on).
I don't think I can wait for the new GLA 2019 as my current 2010 E class is getting old.

from what i have read the new iteration of Distronic is am improvement over what is on the GLC now
on the current GLC you can leave your hands off the wheel for 10 seconds maximum. the new system i understand is a minute (like the e-class i believe). you can leave your habds on the wheel a light youch and i found it will basically do most of the steering for you on the highway
as such the vehicle will take some curves on its own. not sure if the 2015 system did
i believe you can test drive an E class and see what the new system (going 2019 in teh c class and i would assume 2020 in the GLC) does
