I detail my own GLC , and after 34000km am happy to report that it still looks like showroom. I don't use any special products, only a pressure washers , wash mitt, car soap , two bucket method w grit guard , clay bar sometimes and wax. Regular detailing makes maintaince easy and quick.

I’ve had good luck with Griot’s Garage Interior Cleaner with a microfiber towel. It is non-toxic, non-caustic non-harmful and odorless. It cleans off even grease stains on carpet and vinyl. Kind if pricey, but may be available on Amazon, saving you some on shipping.
