Reset Service A 2018
Watched all the YouTube videos. When I hold down OK + Answer phone, I do not get the service menu option. Can anyone else confirm if you can access the menu or not?
The dealer didn't reset the service message last week, now it says we are overdue.

I've done it once before when I did my own A service 
Some things to keep in mind...
- all doors and hatch should be closed
- only turn the ignition key to the first stopping point
- be sure you're on the trip odometer in the display before you press the buttons needed to show the service menu
- I'm not certain about this, but I think you need to enter service mode within a certain amount of time from when you turn the ignition key.
- after you turn the key, press the answer call button first...then hold it while you press the OK button and hold
