Door rattle noise

GLC 300
Mine 2018 GLC has the similar sound but I think it is from the front door(driver side) window. Sometime it only happens in the morning. Pretty annoying and I will complain to the dealer during Service A.

The noise would be gone if I put my arm on the upper arm rest right next to the window. Seems like something inside is loose. I am going to dealer to find out.

I have a rattle that is coming from somewhere on the passenger front side. It is triggered by bumps and cracks in the road. Drives me crazy as I can't determine where exactly it is coming from and I only have 250 miles on my car. I will try to document by video and bring it in to the dealer. My last MB (15 GLK 350) never made a sound and felt more solid if that makes any sense.

good luck with the rattles. my glc43-amg had so many in the dash and doors it was gone over a week and came back 75% fixed. Back a second time, still some in dash and passenger door. Now some are re-appearing a couple month later. will keep on trying but am sure it will never be resolved.

I feel like it’s a design/tolerance issue. It just got reduced by putting it in and out but not addressing the root cause.
