Mercedes Me Connect App
Is the Mercedes me Connect App released on 2019 Models in Canada?
If yes, what would the number be for Tech support?
Do they speak French?
Thank You

The Mercedes me app is installed on my 2019 GLC43 AMG Coupe.
Don't know the number for tech support
Don't know if they speak French, but would expect that they do (or have someone that does).

Yes MB me connect is available for 2019 on certain models in Canada.
Kind of cute, but the lag is awfull.( worse on the web portal, not so much in the phone app ).
Found this # for Canada : 1 800 387 0100
When you create your ID in the web Portal you are asked to choose a language: Fr or En,
so I supposed you can get an answer in french.
Looks to me more gimmicky than usefull.
It is complimentary for 3 years but I will never pay for such a service!
Hope this help.

has anyone used the old App (2018 and prior) versus the new one?
i am just curious if the new one is any better
the old one i use is slow to connect at times, but i will say it usually connects and does what i ask it to do

I travel a lot and use Mercedes Me every day, mostly to put destinations into the Command Navigation system. It's much faster and more accurate than the built-in destinations, which by my guess are at least three years out of date even if you have the latest map update. It's now fast and accurate at least 99% of the time, a great improvement over earlier versions. Yes, I could live without Mercedes Me, but it sure makes my driving life a lot easier.

GLC300 2018
for people that have a 2018 and older you can use the "companion" app to enter destination and see the basics info of your car... it doesn't have all the feature of the Me app but it's better then nothing
