Brand New 2019 GLC 300 Clicking noise under car after turning off ignition
Hello,
I just bought a brand new 2019 GLC 300 and noticing clicking noise under the car after I turn off the ignition:
1. Drive the car for over 5 minutes
2. Park the car
3. Turn off the ignition
4. Noticeable clicking noise coming from under the car persists for > 20 minutes at intervals of 0.5~1s.
I just bought the car last week so it is only at ~500 miles. Is this normal behavior and is anyone else seeing this?
Attaching video for reference. Thank you all for your help.
Thanks!

This is almost certainly the exhaust system cooling down. As its new it will run hotter for a couple of thousand miles. Mine still ticks as though a cooling device is shutting down after 5k so unless it get worse I would not worry about it.
