Steering Wheel
Hey guys, so I recently got a 2019 GLC 300. The new steering wheel was crooked right off the lot, meaning while I'm driving straight, my steering wheel is turned to the right. I took it to the dealership the next day for an alignment. They said they fixed it, but the steering wheel is the same as it was before. They are claiming that it is straight. They did it 2 more times and still the same thing. It almost feels as if they didn't do anything. They keep telling me it straight, even though I know it is not straight and they are trying to prove me wrong. I have other Mercedes that drive straight. I don't know know what to do. So the question is, is the car defective? Can I fix it myself? Has anyone experienced this? Thanks in advance.

Depending on the state you live in three attempts at fixing a problem that fail to correct it makes the vehicle eligible to be returned for your money back under the "Lemon-Law".
