Gearbox issue
I have a GLC 250d 4matic from 2017 with 70000km. The box locks from 1 speed and does not pass to the next ones. It happened to me the first time two months ago and when the trailer arrived to take the car to the Mercedes the car returned to function normally. Today it happened again and still continues the problem. Has anyone had an equal experience?

Will it shift manually? - No, the manual comand is totally dead... but I can shift to backward.
Have you tried a gearbox reset? - No, how can I do that?
Does the engine rev when the accelerator is pressed? - Yes, the car moves and acellerate, but when it should ****ch to the second gear it doesn't.
But is quite strange, as after some time, more or less one hour, everything is working well again...
