2019 GLC 300 Front Headrests Adjust?

2019 GLC 300 Front Headrests Adjust?
I am about to pull the trigger on a new GLC 300. I can't recall if the front headrests adjust more than just up and down? Is there a way to adjust the headrest more forward or backward? I have a fussy neck and back and am looking for the best seats. Thanks!

power passenger is not standard, it comes as an option (leather package i believe)
i didnt realize it tilted. i have the button i assumed it was for up and down motion on passenger side; i will have to try it out.

Ah ok, not sure where you or the OP is located but I’m in the U.K.
I don't think we have the leather package here, but I’ve just had a look in the guide and the premium and premium plus package include electrically adjustable driver and passenger seats (including headrest up and down).
The button on the side of mine doesn't tilt it but moves it back and forward on an angle
