I brought my 2016 GLC350 in for a map update to V.13 today and the service advisor also listed campaign 2019030023 to be performed at the same time.
However, she said MBZ server was down and the tech was not able to do the software update. I asked her what software update is this but she could not answer me? She said it is not related to safety and it will be done next time I bring the car in.
Anybody know what campaign 2019030023 is?

I had the same experience. Took my C300 for the head unit to be provisioned bc my wifi is not working and they said there was a recall on the powertrain unit . I looked it up on their own website but did not find anything. Originally Posted by mpalsal

Hi,
Just had powertrain control unit software update - no recall, just did it when the car went in for another matter.
Operation called 99MBSM2651.
No idea what effect it fixed or added ?

Mine is 2014/2015 model and out of warranty but the invoice shows 99MBSM2651 (models 205; 253) completed

I actually noticed an increase in drivability. It can't be a placebo effect because I didn't know the software update has been done until I got home and saw the invoice. I just thought that they did transmission adaptive shift reset.
