I am currently looking to buy (not lease) a 2019 glc.

Options:
Color Mojave silver
Premium package
Andriod Auto
Moonroof
Etc

Msrp price is $49,940

The dealer was talking discount of approx $4500 which includes an FEP (whose value is $2250)

Is this a good deal...

Sorry didn't finish my post. I looked several months ago and was quoted a similar total discount here in DC area. I haven't bought yet.

If it's the GLC you want - sure - buy it !

The key here is the fact it's the Mercedes you want - the one that "fit's you" - not worth the time scrambling around for "added discount" - or someone else might ****** it up.

If you don't have another dealer with a comparable GLC to play "who can give me the best deal" - then grab it !

Jim you are looking for 16% off the MSRP, that should be your benchmark, they will howl like scorched cats and tell you how impossible that is for them to do but there are dealers who will do the deal. One is MB of Cantonville,MD and another is MB of West Chester,PA. Both of these dealers will take 16% off for you on a GLC, I picked mine up in March from MB of Cantonville it was 9 days off the boat, the one from West Chester was still on the water and I did not want to wait.

Lol. My local dealer would want $67k for that. I have a quote. I drove 2 hours to save $15k.

Stay away from Motorworld in PA. Westchester was good!
