I understand the GLK inflatable spare tire will fit the GLC. I have a 2016 GLC 300 4MATIC and will need new tires real soon. Would like to ditch the RFTs. Understand the GLK 350 inflatable spare will fit but can't find anyone who has a used one. Have check ebay and internet. Also understand getting the tool kit with jack and compressor or equivalent is needed. I'm guessing everyone is doing this and impacting availability.

Check with https://www.mboemparts.com/ - it won't be used, but they have decent prices. I went with the inflated compact spare, not the inflatable GLK one myself. Fits great but I had to buy the wheel and bolts from them and the tire from my local tire shop.

I have a GLK inflatable spare that came off my 2014 GLK350. I longer have the car but do have the inflatable. Not sure where you are located but would be willing to part with it for a reasonable price. I am in Long Beach, CA

anyone have any idea whether the new 2019 spare will be available for individual purchase and whether it will for 2018 and earlier?

I just bought a spare tire for our 2017 GLC300 off of eBay for a ML350 and it fit perfect on the car and in the back storage area. It's a 18" rim and we have 19's on the car. The tire is taller and comes out to the same size as what's on the car. They were asking $199.99 and I offered $175.00 and they took it. There are still some left. It was important that it was a 2015 tire. Lots are sold as old as 2006. I wouldn't trust a 13 year old tire. I purchased the emergency roadside kit which includes, jack with the wrench, lug wrench, proper spare tire lug nuts, and wheel chalk a year and a half ago off of eBay as well for $99.00
