2018 GLC 300
Resetting the maintenance interval
My 2018 GLC shows the maintenance being over due on the start up screen. Turns out the Audi dealership where I bought it had done an oil change and all but did not reset the computer. I have watched the Youtube videos and even printed up the instructions but for the life of me, I can't get to the menu that I need. What is the secret? Any help would be appreciated.

Service Light Re-set
Hi, I'm afraid to tell you it can't be done by patting your head and rubbing your belly. You need to re-set via OBD port, with a code reader with the ability to re-set Service Message. Or take it back to seller and get them to do it. ..

Here is what I do on my 2017 GLC: - Doors and hood closed
- Ignition to position one
- Set basic mileage display with trip meter (shows overall miles)
- Press "accept call" button on steering wheel, followed by"OK" button within 1 second and hold until menu pops up
- Then scroll to "assyst plus" and confirm with the "OK" button, follow prompts for reset

I am just hoping the procedure is similar and still possible on my new 2020. I won't need to try for a year.

Hi, I hope I am wrong. Maybe I can't access mine as the warning isn't showing. When I try all I get is the number of days left until service is due. I've got a Foxwell Diagnostic scanner that does the trick though.

Service warning re-set
Mea Culpa, Mea Culpa. My warning came on today, and I managed to get into the service/maintainance menu. Could even select Rolling road test (for MOT), and history menu.
