Recommendation for aftermarket running boards for a 2019 glc 300?

I would like to purchase running boards for my 2019 300 glc? I saw 2 different brands on amazon. One cost $375 and he other was $196? They both look the same. Can anyone recommend what they bought ? Where and how much?

Don't do it! I have the factory running boards on my 17 GLC, and they are my biggest regret. They look nice, but the vehicle is too low to the ground, making them awkward to use. I am constantly scraping the back of my pants against them, which makes for more frequent laundry, especially in the winter.

This is a common complain for people that don’t use them. For people that need and use a step, running boards are generally worth it. Mercedes has designed theirs to be way too small and even if you use it as a step, you’ll get your pants dirty. If you want running boards, you may have to go custom. Most of the ones online are knock offs of the oem ones and don’t work well.

I can certainly say that my 5'2" wife found the running boards a hindrance rather than a help so we ordered one without and it's miles better. My 3yo daughter climbs in fine without them too.

They look nice, but in my opinion serve no useful purpose and I'm so glad we were able to order without, I literally hated getting in/out of the demo cars that had them.
