Break Lease/Lease Trade/Buy Back?
Hi,
I am looking into what my options are, we just got a condo and the garage is smaller then expected. We would like to get a smaller SUV or wagon, but I am in a current Lease.
I am currently at 18 outta 36 month at 12kyear but only at 12k miles. The car we have is a 2018 Mercedes GLC 4Matic loaded. The pay-off value of the loan/lease is more then what the car would be worth for trading it.
I am trying to figure out what my options are, We are located in California is that helps.

I don't know what "smaller" SUV is out there that you would be happy with - but that's your thing to work thru.
Frankly - with 18 months left "Best Bet" would be the 3rd Party Swap-A-Lease - post there to see if someone/private-party want to pickup your remaining lease - you have low existing miles - gives OK miles left on the lease for the 18 month balance.
