2018 GLC 300
XM radio and Navigation W/Audio 2.0?
So I have a 2018 GLC with the SD card navigation, now I called XM radio to get a traffic subscription but they said they can't do it because my radio is not set up for it. Now occasionally I will get traffic updates on the screen so I know it can do it.

XM people said I need to take my car to the dealership to get it updated and that didn't sound right to me.

Anyone with any insight on getting traffic to the SD card navigation?
