Electrical Problem HELP !
I have two fuses that are now inactivated as tested by a test light, and confirmed with a multimeter. The fuses are not blown but good, and they are #115 (horn) and #111(starter). All the relays are fine tested with the multimeter for "clicking" sound and also resistance. Here's the kicker, everything on the car operates normally (horn , starter, etc), except the economy button, which I like, because I turn it off when I drive anyway, I can't stand the engine stop/start every time I stop for a red light. There are no codes or error messages . Question : how can the horn and starter work without fuse conductivity, and will this harm anything if I drive it like this. One more note, the green eco button lights up when I turn the ignition on but quickly goes out when I hit the starter ???? Thanks in advance for any help provided
