"From Reset" Display - resetting itself?

"From Reset" Display - resetting itself?
2019 GLC 300 - twice now, the "From Rest" display seems to have reset itself on its own. Anyone else observe this?
I like using the "From Reset" simply to monitor my combined driving gas milage...I thought I might have accidentally reset it the first time it happened, but I'm confident I did not manually reset it this most recent time.
Can't find anything in the Owner's Manual other than instructions on how to reset it manually. On my 2015 GLK I never reset it manually, and it was only reset when changing out the car's battery.
