Boot space/volume small?

2020 GLC 300e 4-matic
Boot space/volume small?
My 300e is being built currently, and will be a nice upgrade versus my audi A3 sportback. However, with the battery the cargo volume is said to be around 14 cu.ft, whilst my sportback has I think 19 cu.ft. So even tho my a3 is quite a small car, the boot space on the 300e is smaller? Or are there more variables at play aside from just the cubic feet volume?
