2016 GLC no internet connection
Just bought 2016 GLC and subscribed to mbrace entertain. Trying to connect internet radio and get message says data connection temporarily unavailable. Connect phone to WiFi hostspot fine, but getting no data. Anyone else have the problem? I didn’t subscribe to mbrace secure, just mbrace entertain

No ideas - found a disclaimer below:
mbrace Connect five-year complimentary services begin on the date of new vehicle purchase. Balance of complimentary service can be transferred with vehicle to subsequent owner. Once the complimentary trial has expired, mbrace Connect is not available separately. Connect features will be included with a paid subscription to mbrace Secure or mbrace Entertain.

2020 GLC 300 4 Matic
Got my new 2020 GLC 300 last month with navigation option. Anyone have opinion on subscribing to ATT data plan. On my Audi Q5 the navigation MMI used data so I had to use a data plan to get up to date traffic info. Apparently that’s not needed on Mercedes navigation. Don’t see any benefit to ATT plan for WiFi utility since I have data with IPhone already.

When I took it new in 2017, all internet features worked.
After few software updates during last 2 years, I had same error - data connection temporary unavailable.
Dozen visits to local dealership, explaining that it's bug and should be fixed.
Finally they said that "MB Removed the internet features from Comand system".
As a compensation, I got 30% off extended warranty
