Have been following the forums and all the helpful posts and advice. My first post here asking for advice on my 2017 GLC from the experienced folks and detailers.
I noticed the scuff marks in the plastic trims in the drivers side and I am curious on how to remove them. I use Migeur's Quik Interior Detailer to clean the interior surfaces but it did not make any improvement to these.
There is no way to remove those, we had a thread here a few months back with a very similar issue
I have used Mr. Klean Magic Eraser, then light citrus based spray cleaner. On clean microfiber, apply a very light application of Chemical Guys or other trim gel. and lightly buff till dry.
You may have to apply plastic polish.

Lysol All Purpose Cleaner Lemon or Spic and Span antibacterial cleaner. Any grocery store or car parts place has citrus spray cleaners.
I have seen scuff marks on plastic parts visually removed using a propane torch. I don't think I'd have the ***** to try it but it can be done.
Applying heat does work but suggest that work for the professionals. Deep scratches are hard to eliminate, involves heating, shaving to even scratch, using trim polish, etc.
If after trying some cleaning and polishing the scratches are still visible you may check with one of the OEM parts suppliers. Those covers are not very difficult to remove and replace. I did that with my W211. You may want to try some of the larger recycling places that ship used parts, but first determine which years are compatible.
I tried the Mr, Clean Magic Eraser with citrus cleaner diluted option but that did not work for me. I have seen the heat method but not comfortable with trying that on my own
