I have the "port installed" Mercedes all-season mats in my 2020 GLC and they are NOT like the Weather Tech. I did buy the trunk mat, I do think it's a rebranded weather-tech. I also find it utterly silly that the port-installed mats are FRONT ONLY, and you don't get rubber for the second row. Since they were on the sticker, I didn't get a choice with them, and will just use them. Originally Posted by james90755

But if I had to pay ala carte, I'd definitely get Weather Tech -- we've used them in our three Durangos (fronts from a 2011 GL450 and the 2nd/3rd row ordered for the second Durango in 2017), and they are hands-down the best protection I've ever seen. The fronts from 2011, and when clean, look nearly new..

Are we speaking mats or floor liners? Years ago I had the WeatherTech floor mats and they were not at all durable. The WeatherTech floor liners (with the lip) I've found to be very durable and do a great job catching water, mud slush & snow. The WeatherTech cargo liners are also a great product.
I'm waiting for for my new 2021 GLC 300 dealer trade to arrive. It's coming with the All-Season floor mats and an OEM vinyl cargo mat. Are they any good?

I have MB All-Season mats and cargo liners in two cars. I liked them enough to buy a set for the newer car after using them for 3 years on the older one. I like how pliable and hefty the rubber mats are. The pockets in the surface do a good job trapping debris and keeping it from the carpet. I considered WeatherTech but preferred the look and pliability of the MB mats. I’m equally happy with MB cargo liners. Originally Posted by cbebmb1

I prefer the Weather tech cargo liner over MB because I often load heavy totes and the squares in the MB liner strains my back because it forces me to lift over those squares. The weather tech is smoother and totes can slide some.

It seems most all folks install weather resistant floor and cargo area coverage in their vehicles. At minimum you'd think the vehicle manufacturers would make the cargo area weather proof and offer a carpeted mat as an option.

Does Mercedes have a all weather trunk liner for a 2021 E63S with the 3D sound system? I cannot find anything online. Weathertech has it but I prefer to match the floor mats if I can.

I got vinyl Lloydmats for the front. Wanted to color match the tan seats. Not happy with the coverage since it doesn’t cover the left foot rise on the drivers side.

I ended up 3D for the interior... all is good so far. Impressed.
I wonder though about the trunk... not really diggin the pattern from 3D... the ridge across the middle in particular. Looks like they did it to make it foldable to ship. I may end up WeatherTech....

I think WT and 3D look good enough. Most of the stock mats are crappy and poor fit. But I think any carpet is better than nothing. I got salt in my original Mercedes mat and it took a lot of work to remove it... But I was able to remove it with vinegar. I had to spray white vinegar and then gradually wipe it with a fabric. After a few attempts the mats are now clean again!
