GLC (C253) Adblue Fill Does Not Register/update
Good evening,
Has anyone had an issue where filling AdBlue does not update the remaining mileage? It seems to register volume, but mileage remaining does not update.
Thanks

I presume you are in UK or Ireland?
MB appear to have last year undertaken a software update, possibly in response to Diesel issues and NOX readings. The upshot seems to be significant increase in AdBlue consumption.
Our 27 litre tank would preciously show a range of 27,000km.
Now on a full reading Km range has dropped to 11,200km range before top up needed.
Our GLC MB annual service is 12 months or 25,000km travelled - hence the 27l tank.
Now we need to watch the usage and top up around 10,000km.
My guess is your software update needs ‘tweeking’ by the Dealer performing another fix.
My guess is your consumption had increased.
On our last service the Dealer did heave a new supplement book re AdBlue, use and other ‘minor’ info - at no time was it explained why the drop in range from 27,000km to just 11,000km.
Good luck.
