Last month I got the safety note recall for the eCall system. I was hoping that the update would be done Over the air (OTA). But I checked my Mercedes-Me account and says my GLC300 does not have the connectivity option and thus has limited features. I think this option is for cars with the Command/MBux. So I presume I didn't get the software update OTA. My software status is blank.
Has anyone gotten the software update? At the dealer or OTA? How long does it take?
