Rear vents not blowing air

Rear vents not blowing air
Hello,
I have a MB GLC 2016 250d and now that summer is around the conner and the AC is beeing used more and more, I noticed that the rear central vents are not blowing any air. I tried in AUTO mode and also manual, changing the ventilation direction and fan speed but no air is coming out of the rear vents. I've checked the knob to see when it's turned if it engages the mechanism and it seems it works (at least I saw a flap moving through the grill).
Do any of you know what I sould try to fix this?
