MB Cancelled Prepaid Maintenance & Extended Warranty
I contacted the dealer where I purchased the vehicle and the Finance Manager researched the issue.
- He can see I didn't cancel the extended warranty 25 days after I purchased the vehicle.
- No, I didn't cancel the pre-paid maintenance in January.
- No, there's not a name of a customer or employee that authorized the cancellation.
- No refund for the unused portion of the policy was refunded.
Has anyone heard of this happening before? If this just happens on its own, do you have to call to confirm the policies have not been cancelled before you get service on your vehicle?
