If you go the Settings menu of the Mercedes Me app (I’m using an iOS device), there is an option for enabling/disabling Face ID. I tried to enable it but it keeps reverting to the disabled state. Has anyone successfully enabled it?

Yep, I have it enabled. Works fine.

I too have Face ID enabled on my Mercedes Me app. What model iPhone do you have? I presume you can use Face ID to unlock your iPhone...

Have you set up your Mercedes Me profile in your GLC? That is also necessary. See pg. 298 of your Operator's Manual.

Everything's set up properly. I spoke with a service advisor of a dealer here in Toronto, Canada and was told this is a known problem with the current Canadian version of the app. An update will be released on Aug 20 that will fix this problem among others.
