Help- radio-touchpad
So here is what happens: 2021 GLC300: Wiping down the inside of the car (Key in the house), when I passover the "touchpad" the radio/music comes on. The only way I have found to turn it off is to shut off the display! Which means I have to turn it on next time I use the car...or my wife... then I get grief...lol.
I have tried pushing the start button to switch ACC like but that won't work. If I leave it on and close the doors it still stays on? Have to TURN OFF display.
Any help appreciated... looking through the manual is next to useless... and can't seem to find any YT video's about it.

I've encountered the same issue when the radio is on after the vehicle has been turned off, door open and shut and key not around. Can't turn it off and I received the same grief you did from the spousal unit. Eventually, the radio will turn itself off, about 20 mins maybe.
