Broke my 2018 GLC COUPE gas cap door hindge.
Filling up today and left my Glc 300 coupe running. Only to realize it after I was beginning to fill up. Moved to shut the car off and SNAPPED my fuel door hinge. Wondering if this is something I can repair myself of should I take it to the dealer( which makes me cringe) if do it myself is an option? Where can get parts and guidance/ instructions to make the repairs…

It's relatively easy. You can re-use your painted gas door cap. The replacement fuel pocket assembly is a wee bit under $100 if I remember correctly, but that's wholesale. Check out this YouTube video
